I don't know if you've tried the hyper-ice style ones, but if you tried to use this as a "handheld massager" you'd find yourself with nerve damage in about 0.5 seconds. These things are ROUGH, in a good way for sore muscles, in a bad way for delicate bits.

I don't know what hyper ice means, but I have experienced a few that look like that. They were all plug in, not battery powered like that one seems to be. I don't know what kinda ratings these things have so I can't make any meaningful comparisons to this exact model.

Its just that pistol-grip style like this one. Maybe they're not all like that. The ones I've tried at tournaments and had used on me by trainers were strong enough to seriously hurt. Like if you used it on your dong I think it'd look like lunchmeat after.

First off, there's always the option of light touches. Feel free to explore that concept with your LBFM and thank me later.

Also, TBH most of my experiences were someone using it on my back and shoulders. Most, not all. But even so, I never felt much danger of damage that wasn't directly proportional to the pressure you're exerting on the device.

I've had a 'prescription' TENS and several OTC units and they all worked the same. They are OK. It works until you turn it off.
I also had 2 installed inside me (dorsal column stimulators) those I don't recommend.
