My wife has spent the last 3 weeks trying to get the damn first aid achievement to no avail, she needed ONE more of those quests... must have spent 2+ hr a day farming drop spots nonstop to no avail, she hasn't had any of the quest drops at all (even one's she has finished) in a week and a half she was so upset about it. she is also working on getting the 1000 pet achievment, she has ~950ish uniques or something like that- i was like fuck that, i'll work on my mage leveling (i am usually shaman) or my DH. tonight get to relearn my specs(i am enhance/restore)..gotta love that every expansion.....

The rapiers are nice looking but not stupidly over the top effect wise. Frankly the default tint is probably the one I like most with the red drippy effects around the blade. The daggers are just so hard to see I did not bother doing the other specs.

Those outlaw rapiers are what got me to resub before the pre-patch, one of the best weapon models in the game imo and the only tower mog I wanted for the classes I play. Not many rapiers in WoW (I was using the gnomeregan executioner's leg before) and I agree, they are just ornate / fancy enough to be interesting without being ridiculous

Excited to get home tonight to play the updated playstyles/specs. Still having a damned hard time deciding on class - dorf ret, human arms, horde survival/bm (survival actually looks interesting), or orc outlaw.... My alliance guys are all on Dalaran, and it's a very good server and has a great pop distribution, plus the alliance story line just looks flat out more interesting. Anxious to see how they all play.

I got outlaw last night at 905 ilvl it was a bit of a pain for a spec and class I had never even played. Between Thursday and last night I managed to level and gear both monk and rogue, did WW and Brewmaster. On Rogue I did outlaw, I was going to do assassin but at that point I was also burnt out from the grind. I think I ended with 27/36 which I guess isn't bad. I didn't do any of the healing ones and had no time to level and gear the shaman in less than a week.
From the sounds of it I guess I got lucky with field medic since I was able to complete pretty much that whole thing in about 3 hours. It sounds like some people had much worse RNG than me there. If I had 1 more week I am 100% certain I could have 36/36 and gotten a couple of armor set tmogs from Mythic ToV but shit happens.

Even though I only got to play with the mage tower for a few days and get just two of them. That shit was a lot of fun and I really like that kind of content. I hope they make something similar in BFA. Mage tower makes me wish I came back a long time ago!
I'm going to just farm up some stuff for my warrior. Practice the new rotations a bit and get some collectibles until the actual launch. Other than that its monster hunter Summer event time!

They've put back a modified Death's Advance as baseline. You can talent Wraith Walk as an additional mobility CD.
But yeah, DK mobility still sucks.
