I did them at 55 with my ssf and they were trivially easy, keep in mind they still only have 32k hps like Vox and Naggy. SSF progression doesn't start to get challenging until Velious and even then it's really just Dozekar.

Well Rallos is certainly a lot easier when you dispel his haste buff on engage. As for Zeb the guy who sorta pioneered the build said he was able to kill him consistently, I just never invested enough time into finishing the build to do it myself.
