After playing both TWoW and BB, I will be sticking with BB. 3.3.5 client, 25 man raids, and heroic/mythic tier dungeons and raids is just too much to pass up

I hope they delay full launch until well after TWoW fresh server goes live so it can absorb all the OMGFRESH morons. Maybe some sanity will return to BB then.

As said above, Turtle WoW has a fresh server coming Aug 17. Ascension Bronzebeard will release in "1-2 Months". If you want to wait that long for something.

Nevermind. The process of actually slotting enchants is not very well explained at all in game. But it's still stupid as hell that alters aren't fixed points in capital cities

On BB I can't slot an enchant without an alter. So saying there is no reason to interact with one is plain false.

I think BB is fun as is. It's not exactly the classic experience I'm looking for, but it's close enough until Epoch gets its shit together in a month or two. Way better than Turtle WoW because of the 3.3.5 client alone.

Just FYI, those who receive an invite link can't pay it forward. Which kinda sucks, but understandable. They don't want to blow up their own servers. This is a really fun version though. I'm enjoying it a lot.

Anyone have a Bronzebeard invite link? I've heard they are allowing current players to invite new people to the server. If I get one, I'll heppy to invite someone else that wants it.

That's probably a better guess than what the Devs are giving. "a few days" is just them trying to string people along. There is no chance in hell this doesn't take WEEKS to fix.

Turtle is faster leveling and provides more player power with their rune system. Epoch is closer to the vanilla experience with expanded quests / content.

Given the liberal brain-rot that infests that server, probably best for everyone.

The Turtle PvP realm launched months after the initial PvE realm launched. So people were already attached to the PvE server. And they launched the PvP at the same time SoD launched. Both of these servers are launching at the same time and SoD is dead. The comparison is completely nonsensical.

The only thing I can think of is hopefully it's an additional AOE damage source against undead besides Holy Nova. But we'll see.
