    Except POE doesn't have a level cap. In the end it does affect how things can be balanced. But that comes down to dev junk and preferences. I prefer a hard level cap.

    Safeway/Albertdsons and King Soopers both have pretty decent house brand frozen pizzas. Haven't had the walmart ones in a long while, but they used to be decent as well.

    Depends on the company, but at Comcast and my current employer the presidents and VPs report to the CEO. We have various P/VP teams for various functional divisions of the company, and the guy at the top is CEO.
