You could check out Dragonscale Hills at the farm seemed to be the best xp at those levels for me. Lots of easy mobs and quest giver nearby for extra xp.

Damn that would be nice, grouped with a 91 Rogue who pulled alot of the Sarnaks in FoS and killed them all in like 10 secs then died but i got like 30 AAs out of it. He did some assassinate AA comparable to headshot i guess but for rogues, so basically warriors suck is what im beginning to realize.
