Saw this, thought it was pretty funny. Guy in our league trying to come up with one for this year is down to 2 options.

Loser has to walk a full lap around the local mall in yoga pants (can't wear anything over/under them, can't wear long shirt to cover, etc. Other option is the loser has to attain a yellow belt in karate or something comparable. We just all want to be there to support the guy on his board breaking night. Previously we've had the loser do the Polar Bear Plunge, trying to think up some other creative ideas.
