I mean, I've seen similar things happen to a couple of friends of mine. The woman strings them along for however long, then makes up with the husband or something. Sometimes the woman is just trying to get the husband jealous or whatever.

As others have said, this feels like a "Have some fun and move on" kind of scenario.

She is using the 3 year old as an excuse. I know for a fact(Read personal experience) that a 3 year old would not remember all that much if a divorce took place. Of course the longer that goes, the more likely the kid will remember. You say she has her life in order but then she is having fun with you. That is not order. That is chaos. I have a feeling that she is having fun but in no way will she actually leave her husband.

Actions mean a lot more than words. Always assume, in serious situations, that a person is lying until their actions prove otherwise. Some questions not answered...

Has she expressed her feelings about you? Are you fine with taking the responsibility of a 3 year old?

It sounds like you have more feelings for her than she has for you. Sex does not equal love. Love enhances sex but in no way does love have to be involved to enjoy sex. If you really want to know how she feels for you...

If she starts trying to contact you, then at least something might be there. Realize of course that the something might be equivalent to "Friends with benefits", and not a real relationship. If this is the case, then for your sake, I would move on, if a relationship is what you are looking for. It will only hurt you, as she has a buffer with her marriage. Just tell her that she can always call you back when she gets the divorce.

its the holidays, even an inferior race shaman like you deserves some love this time of year. plus i have been in a relationship since the end of November, i'm still in the happy stage of it. although i see warning signs my chick is starting to go psycho. she wants me to delete all the photos on my facebook of other women that arent her. i'm like, "NO. those pictures remain." she didnt like that. i'm not going to disrespect my other girls just to please this one.

oh, i know she isnt a keeper already. but for now its fun to do couple things and pillow talk. no way that chick is ever getting my passwords to anything. i'm not worried, been dealing with crazy my whole life. this aint my first rodeo. still waiting on my highschool sweetheart to come around. she's a born again christian and thats a whole nother ball of crazy to look forward to dealing with. my dad was born again so i know what to expect at least. she wants us to sell everything and start over again in Hawaii. she was stationed at the USS Arizona as an honor guard when she was in the navy and she loves that place. if i'm fucknuts crazy enough to do that, i'm gonna hit up Zapatta for help.

I mean... exactly what everyone else is saying. I would tell her that you aren't looking to get involved with a married woman, and while you hope this might lead to something, until that divorce paperwork is turned in nothing between you two can happen.

And yeah, when your kid is super young like that is the best time to get a divorce, so her argument there is dumb.
