I wonder if Keaton Batman in flash is still going to be brutal when handling enemies, I seem to recall he swore off killing during the end of Returns still we can hope

Thought they'd always target seasons and then settle on a date when they knew more about competition and whatever other factors go into it.

Big studios always reserve their dates to let "competition" know to avoid. Rare to get two major releases on the same week these days and blockbusters will be given 2-3 weeks of spread.

That's probably how non-Disney and WB studios do things, but Marvel and DC make it very known when their movies are coming out and to stay out of the way.

Universal seems to fill in the gaps, but they as a studio still make small movies to go along with the ones they hope make a billion dollars.

Heard big things about Flash while Aquaman is floundering.

My guess is Gunn drops the Aquaman stinker without reshoots to support his agenda in recasting Momoa in something else.
