Destiny 2 - Clan Link 1st Post

Well at least we've gotten a trial engram before. Full clan and no raid emblems ever. Everyone just running pugs.

Yes, it's pretty sad that it's far easier to find random asshats to do NF and raid with than to try and actually let clan people know you'd like to do something.

Doesn't help that the companion app is garbage. I don't get notifications until like 40 minutes after messages are sent.

We’ve done the raid as a guild multiple times except for callus.

HC: Dire Promise (best in game) / Better Devil's / True Prophecy / Annual Skate
Pulse: Vigilance Wing - all others suck imo
SMG: Antiope-D is God tier. Nothing else worth using SMG wise imo.
SA: Last Hope
Shotgun: Don't use them.
Linear Fusion: Tarantula I guess
Sword: Quickfang for life bros
Rocket: Wardcliff coil for soloing PE / Sins of the Past for other shit
Fusion: Merciless
Grenade: No

That said my normal loadout is Dire Promise / The Prosecutor / Quickfang on my Hunter. Normally Dire Promise / The Prosecutor / Sins of the Past on my Lock/Titan.

On shit like this week's Nightfall I was using a Ghost Primus / The End / Sins of the Past loadout.

Crucible I almost always just Quickfang on my Hunter, using Dire / Prosecutor or Mida / Prosecutor. Negative Space is the sword I use on Titan/Lock but only because I don't have raid sword yet.

Iron Banana and prestige raid drop next tuesday after patch and stuff I assume, Iron Banner gear sets look like samurai. Pretty kewl:



Calus cheese is pretty fun, all adds despawn in throne room for the entire fight until you kill him or wipe. Still gotta do shadow stuff (3-4 ppl) and do the callouts but makes it a lot less hectic.

Wow, Xur repeats already? FUUUUUUuuu Bungo. Was really hoping for Winter's Guile, but at least Nezarec's is one out of the four that I don't already have.

Sounds like my warlock: 4 Transversive Steps, 3 Luna Boots, and 3 Crown of Tempests, but no Winter's Guile. I've gotten 2-3 dupes of several weapons too, it's really irritating when I just need The Prospector to have a full set. If I could just get those two and Orpheus Rig, I could stop playing until they raise the power level cap and be happy about it.

Anything in particular I need to do to stay in the clan? Looks like I got kicked over the 2 days I was moving which sucks. ArchAstartes if I can manage to get back in, I play daily.

I did this as well - thanks to gameshare and xbox x i dont see a need to double dip the disappointment.

Finally got some experienced people to run a PUG raid with today. Did the whole thing in just over an hour with one wipe on gauntlet and one on Calus. I ended up with sins of the past, chest x2, legs, cloak and the prospector.

Started playing the game on Wednesday as a Hunter. Finished the story which was a nice change to Destiny and currently trying to get to max lvl, currently 236 light. The Lost Sectors are fun to explore also.

From what I've read I should be turning in the faction rewards so that I can level up faster since there is a soft cap at around light lvl 265?

I'm down to group up for anything also if you see me on.

Yeah basically farm public events until you're 265 and then accept rewards from your weekly milestones.

Or you could turn in a milestone, then do an exotic quest, then turn in a milestone, then exotic quest... Exotics always drop above your current level, the quests are the blue markers on each world post-campaign. So you do one to raise your average, then farm some more PEs for higher normal gear drops, then repeat when it slows again.

Yeah I've had that a few times

Hit start then press the touchpad to open the map (this is also the fastest way to get into the map, so might as well get used to doing that all the time) and fast travel. Gets me out of the black screen most of the time.

Though it sounds like you're saying it's happening every time you go to the tower now? That I've never seen. There's just about a 25-30% chance that the game will crash when I go to the tower the last 2 weeks... that's always fun too.
