The only source of Improved Damage III requires high jewelcrafting, which is a massive platinum sink, so that's something to use plat on.So like what do you do with plat. I have 10k and already have all the spells.
*taptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptaptap*Looks like they're doing maintenance though

hell nah that sounds mad gay

This likely "dies" near the end of summer(obviously it won't be zero, but it'll level off to somewhere around TLP level).
For casuals especially - as kids go back to school and the dopamine rush of nostalgia wears off for people that haven't played EQ in 25 years.
It's a "new shiny" for now, but even the hardcore are going to realize how little content classic has.
And once giant titles like GTA hit, nobody will even remember this was a "thing".
I know this server is the casual "dad server", but even I think the bar is too low. In a single week I made 50, cleared all D4 raids, cleared Sky, took about a dozen Bixie boss kills, but finally got my BiS 1h weap from Sky. I started toying with the idea of running new low comps, but .. the question is .. WHY?

You have to buy the token on the cash shop. Each token costs $7.50 per armor that you want to transmog. You can also tranfer procs and things from one weapon to another using a different type of cash shop token."
I've never seen this feature available on armors or weapons
- Fixed an issue that prevented Armor Ornamentations from being inserted into certain item types, such as chain arms on monk arms, or robes on chestplates."
There are 2 good 1h's in Befallen. The Barons Blade and an enchanted something that drops off the Knight. Go out the Baron room and make a left. Go through the door and 1st room has 3 mobs the next has 2 mobs plus the Knight.Yea I was messing around in befallen last night and it is a lot better then I remember befallen being lol.
Level 12 now as pal/mnk/enc I am going to stick in befallen until 15 then hit up nejena because there is apparently a pretty decent pal one hander there. Things sped up alot once I hit 10, was pretty slow and tedious getting there but having quite a bit of fun now, can't wait till I get off work to hop back on lol.

It's almost as if you are describing the basis of the mmorpg genre in general, welcome to the party? Didn't you quit THJ because you had nothing left to do in PoP?Because it's fun. But again you're not really having fun, you're chasing a carrot on a stick and you caught the carrot. If the gameplay loop was better you probably would keep playing.
Ive been doing all the proc, clicky, etc stuff since beta. Definitely not paying for Transmog though. Saw some guy today with two black swords with green fire. I'm guessing he paid a bit.You have to buy the token on the cash shop. Each token costs $7.50 per armor that you want to transmog. Right click armor or weapon, and there is a list of things you can put on an armor or weapon.
I do have to laugh at the notion of putting one ultra low poly/fuzzy texture on a bit of gear for any price. Never know, there might be a fleet of thirsty shims hanging out near the Qeynos/Freeport bank cybering for cash and armor in their cute little leather pants.
I'm having fun with the game, but their entire stat strategy with the revamped dungeons really kind of ruins the game. I used those stupid boots from the tutorial(they were +5) till lvl 49 when I got some planar boots. It doesn't seem well thought out. They are going to have a steep subscriber fall off by mid-September if not sooner. It's not like they can put the cat back in the bag either.I know this server is the casual "dad server", but even I think the bar is too low. I can already clear everything, why am I making new loadouts & builds to kill what I am already killing extremely efficiently? It's not like making new loadouts are allowing me to do something new, its just the exact same content with different classes.
I can see me doing some Fiery Avenger / Torrid Corrupter quests this week and then hitting a brick wall of boredom.
The main critique here is, I am killing D4 raids basically wearing Befallen gear. The linear progression they are trying to push doesn't exist. Why bother with D0, D1, D2, or D3? Just skip to the endgame. I certainly dont need +10 gear for anything whatsoever.
I'm pretty sure their code is a pile of shit that has been building up for 26 years, and is barely stable as it is. Look how long it takes us to zone...LOL. No different than with spinning old IDE hard drives.2 charges of zone lockouts is dumb.

They nerfed Jboots. Can you still camp out in OOT for the Ancient Cyclops for your jboots?

It's old school style Jboot drop in Najena. no quest needed. Can you still camp out in OOT for the Ancient Cyclops for your jboots? And then slow crawl with thousands of Silver on you to turn it in?
It's almost as if you are describing the basis of the mmorpg genre in general, welcome to the party?
Didn't you quit THJ because you had nothing left to do in PoP?
Also, it's intriguing how you flip flop between how they designed the game to be so harsh that customers rely on RMT to cap out, but simultaneously so easy that there's nothing to play for or do.
