no, when you first initiate a FB ADS campaign, you (the advertiser) have to state what demographics you want to target, and then FB will serve whatever your adcopy, graphic is. (upon approval, no porn, etc and following guidelines)

Yeah, that’s what I said unless I’m missing something. They aren’t actually selling your information to an advertiser, just using your information to target ads they sell.
