All support from Robert Barnes was tossed out by Rittenhouse without explanation. They had a team of specialists and experts in these types of cases ready to go, and free of charge to him. Barnes thinks that he has bad people in his ear, and that is family is being taken advantage of, so the current defense team can make themselves famous. Barnes said they wanted nothing in return, didn't even have to be named as defense team members, they just wanted to help. I don't think this would be happening if they would have accepted the help from him.
