she is from naath, which spelled backwards is htaan. HTA is health technology assessment. Who believed in technology in Westeros? The Maesters. Who was a Maester? Pycelle. Pycelle backwards is Elle Cyp. Ellie May Clampett was the youngest daughter of Jed Clampett, who was the patriarchy of the richest man in America. Who was the richest man in Westeros? Tywin Lannister, whose youngest daughter is Cersei. Checkmate.

Need some more of these breakdowns for other plot points.

Can someone give me a specific example of the "lazy writing" and how they would have made it not lazy?

Tyrion from GRRM to D&D is most obvious to anyone. Little finger and Varys have both been lost because of D&D poor writing. Honestly shows writing has gone down hill sense season five writing wise. Were just sticking around now to see how it ends. Where as before when the writing was good we were watching for enjoyment of the dialogue with no regard to how it would end. The show has also upped the effects budget to counter the decline in writing.

Yeah...he is a regular Rhaegar. I notice no bitching about Tyrion taking out a couple trained soldier.

He was trained to fight from a young age just like his brother. He simply didn't like it. Basically all highborn sons were trained to fight in the middle ages. The training they received was far greater then the common soldier would receive. How you could miss this point after basically every male of named family is a fighter is beyond me.

That is a common theory out there. Someone in Danys circle is passing along info. I think they will try and set it up as Tyrion (based on comments made last episode) which means it's not him at all. My money is on Davos (just for shock value) or some rando.

How the hell does Davos make any sense? How would he have even known about Casterly Rock?

One of the biggest lazy writing points is Bran is Autistic Jesus now and could clear up so many things by just talking to his family for a couple of seconds.

On the other hand apparently this happens.

It's disgusting what they've done to Littlefinger and Varys on this show.

This has become nothing more than hero tale in which the fan favorites will unite to slay the bad guys. It's fucking lazy and you cocksucking apologists who continue to slurp their cock deserve to be fucking shot.

Id like to hear your ideas on how the Varys and Littlefinger arc should have played out

Why is this the go to reply anyone points out that something sucks? Do you need to be a garbage man to identify trash too? If something sucks it sucks, it isn't the audience job to fix it.

Because GRRM wrote Varys and Littlefinger into a position where it might have taken another 5 books to resolve their storylines. To wrap up this show in ~75 episodes, D&D did the best they could with it.

So if you're gonna bitch about it, lets hear how you would rewrite it, otherwise shut the fuck up, faggot

this isnt as big a problem in the books. varys is manipulating a situation that favors daeny and LF just wants to profit from what takes place. the TV show dun goofed by setting up varys and LF like in the books and then they detoured on seperate tangents and so LF just is along for the ride and so is varys. which makes them sort of useless.

if they had spent a few extra shekels to have varys working with Illyario and setting things up and then have him kill Kevan and then he would be ok. LF is a bit tougher because Grrm really didnt give much insight into his ultimate plot other than marrying sansa off for more power. they never revealed his full plan. but at least they could have had LF DO something. have some kind of fucking purpose other than just chilling out at WF. he should have visited KL at least one more time or head back to the vale and prepare things. nope. im just going to stare at people and give knives to creepy time lords.
