I would be hesitant to sell to mtgfanatic. They are very picky about card condition, and considering the age of many of your cards, you'd get a bunch sent back. Also, they take over a month to actually send payment. They were upwards of 3 months for awhile there when I stopped selling to them, maybe they are better now, but I doubt it. There's a huge thread on mtgsalvation talking about bad experiences with them. I continued selling to them for awhile due to their higher buy prices, but it got to be too much.
If you want quick turnaround, selling at buylist prices is the quickest. If you are willing to do that, I'd be interested in buying some of what you have (I am an amateur dealer, selling on ebay and tcg). I can tell I can't afford all of it, though.
Otherwise, it all depends on how much work you are willing to do. Ebay will get you a little bit more money then buylisting, but not a lot. Once you factor in shipping supplies, ebay and paypal fees, it's about 10-20% more then buylisting. Older cards will need high-res scans for you to get a good price. Condition is very important on the value of higher dollar cards like Tabernacle and dual lands. If you do it all the time, the time investment becomes lower as you become more efficient, which is why people like me do it. But, for someone just looking to unload their collection for cash, there's a fair amount of time you'll spend getting setup.
Selling locally, or in person, will get you the most money but it'd take the longest and you likely wouldn't sell everything within the next 6 months as a result.
If you do go the buylist route, I would recommend cardkingdom overall. Of the big magic sites, that all pay within a week, they have the best prices on average by about 15% I'd say.
Now, if you want to squeeze some extra money out of it, use quietspeculation.com's price lookup to see the buylist price of a few different sites at once. Or, just look up each card on cardkingdom, starcity and that tool before deciding where to sell it.
Basically, are you willing to spend time squeezing as much money out of it as possible, or would you rather just unload it all for quick cash? Depending on that answer, I could give more specific advice.
