Yep, he had a great night despite how it ended. The team in front of him was absolutely putrid in a lot of ways. Hardly ever put any pressure on Dallas, allowed easy zone entries, awful passing. They just played on their heels the entire night.
Bright spot is Rasmussen and Zadina keep looking better. Larkin is done for the season. At least that will make it easy to put Veleno in once his quarantine is over.

How'd Vrana look? I know its hard for anyone to look good in a game like that, just wondering if he flashed any chances.

He looked decent. 2 SOG and had at least 1 other that went wide. Could have had a few more chances if we had some better passing.
Other than Bernier, Stecher and Staal looked the best this game. Stecher was getting his ass beat constantly but kept getting to the puck and digging it out of the zone. Staal took less of a beating, but he did take 2 pucks to the skull in about 10 seconds in the 3rd. He busted his ass all game and could barely skate at the end of the 3rd.

The Rangers play Boston for their last two games, but they play the Caps twice and the Isles twice before that. But then the Bruins' 2 games extra are against the Isles and Caps after they play the Rangers. Seeding may not be determined until the very end.

Unlikely. The NHL brings in 75% of all its revenue from tickets/game day merchandise/concessions. (Before the new deal) Covid has ben financially devastating.

Yes, but double the old deal is worth something, and fans are starting to return for more teams now (although limited). Next season wouldn't shock me if arenas are back to closer to full capacity. Could help cap after next season.

Yeah there's a chance. They have 1 reg win since the tdl, but unfortunately it was against us... We just don't match up well against them, shutting up Ranger fans is their Stanley Cup. Plus they have Buf x2 and NJ x2 and we have Caps and B's. Gonna take a miracle, but still fun to be chasing.
Should be a good lesson to take into next season though. We lost alot of 1 goal games the first half.

If you manage to take care of business against Isles and Bruins ( you should let us win both of our games, though, maybe in OT?), could help out. Buffalo has been playing decent of late, although I'd still favor anyone that isn't Jersey or Philly against them.
