she had the day off, which is also weird, did she just happen to have a work day off? or did she request a day off in advance b/c she was going to have a garage sale that apparently is really horrible terribly marketed to the extent of, why have this shitty garage sale that NO ONE knows you're gonna have? (cuz normal ppl put up garage sale signs a week in advance), OR they have the garage sale on a weekend, this sale was on a friday.

Many of the oil and gas companies in Houston offer 9 hour workdays with every other friday off. So she either took the day off, or had the day off.

Also I don't think I've ever heard of anyone putting out advance notice of garage sales. That's just me. Do people really do that?

at least here they do, or at least i noticed more garage sales (but i've also never lived in a more residential area). However, i do want to point out ppl use the varage app, or others like it, maybe find out if they put that out ahead of time too, on the app.

When I see signs they usually are a few days before and announce they will occur Saturday or both Sat/Sun. I've never seen something listed for a Friday but maybe their sign said it was for the weekend and they were prepping on Friday. I can see putting a new sign up Friday morning to catch peoples attention on the way to work and very near the time of the event as a good strategy to get people to come by.

I think you guys fixated on the timing of the garage sale have never lived in a small town before. It may be close enough to Houston to be considered part of the Metro area, but Tomball still only has a population of 10k. It's not unusual for people in smaller towns to put up signs Friday morning for weekend or Fri/Sat/Sun sale.

yeah usually like atleast a few days before the weekend of a sale you'll see signs where I am, but they're long windy new England roads. texas is a little different with how the houses seem to be more clustered there, that's one of those like community style places they have all over there right? with the houses all next to eachother?

So what's the consensus is the women wearing a jacket with shorts, or is she wearing like a silk robe. The faberic seems to move as if it's very light, my initial reaction was it was a light robe she was wearing.

also can anyone makeout shoes on her feet? cause my initial reaction was it's a women wearing a robe with no other distinguishable clothes.

atm i'm leaning towards it NOT premeditated more than that morning, between the random nature of the guys work schedule, no signs prior to indicate there was a sale going on and she would be over there, and a women who may be wearing not much at all indicating she was motivated to do that the morning of and rushed over there.

a imagined scenario would be another woman at the 501st who suspected her man was cheating on her and she found a shirt collar with some lipstick and ran over there and just acted on her hunch which may have seemed more concrete in her mind than a hunch?, there's been shittier impulsive people so it's not impossible even if it's not all that plausible.

finding out more about this would define the puzzle pieces a bit better.
6. Apparently a vehicle (unknown if the same truck) drove by the house at 1am very very slowly in front of their house, then picked up speed after passing the house. Unknown if related, but this footage was also given to the police (but doesn't appear to be public).

I don't think internet detectives are going to be of any real help until the case goes cold and the web-sleuths get access to info that is cops only atm. Based on what little information is available to the public, the only thing that can really be done is canvassing the neighborhood for witnesses on the off chance the cops missed someone, or looking for more camera footage of the truck, again on the off chance the cops missed something. and at rapidly approaching two weeks since the murder, the odds of someone still having saved footage of that morning are getting pretty damn low.

I found a website that has camera's on kuykendayl road that main road nearby but it says that it's not archived :/

Houston TranStar Cameras

Most traffic cams have to be pulled "same day" if you want to see something, refreshing every 24h, and some aren't even actually recording or maintained for the purpose of recording.

I'd say at most maybe its saved for a few days from what I've seen in my own city. If they didn't do that in the first couple days I'm not sure there will be any recording to view.

I agree. I also wonder how much restriction in data access there is for officials for investigating cases like this. For example I would want to do a cross check with the vehicle type and get all the names/addresses associated with that vehicle then try to correlate it with any gun registrations that could have fired the bullets found. I'd also want to check against cell phone data for towers hit by those combinations also. That is even more unlikely to be accessible though.

Maybe this is where 'Internet Detectives' may have an an advantage and you get someone with access to this information and (likely violating policies) can make correlations that would not normally be possible.

So the husband was a brown. I'm thinking this is some breaking bad type shit. He probably got into the wrong crowd of gangbanging browns. Wife freaks out and tries to raise money so he can pay off his gangbanging debt. But kingpin Jose thought something more personal was needed and offed the wife.

Or she figured out something illegal being done by her company or another and was going to blow a whistle. Whatever the reason was, hope some actual justice comes out of this.

I would have laughed and offered some FoH tits if you solve the murder.

Really. I'd find a fucking way. I'd buy an expensive quality stock escort just to give us some solid FoH tits. In fact, I will if one of you solves this shit.

Sorry to hear this, Aladain.

Right, sounds to me like the paper was intended to be nothing but a distraction. Could have had nonsense on it like "Your child was tardy to school on MM/DD." Anything to get her to look down just long enough...

Yeah, it could have just been something used to confirm their target as well, if the shooter didn't know the person(ie: hired to shoot her). Terrible shit. Hope they find who did it.

The way the vehicle bailed leads me to think this was not a professional hit, but the other aspects of how the shooting were done seem to point to that. The approach and dress of the shooter also suggest knowledge of the likely camera angles. My base instinct is, five year marriage and yard sale to raise money for an anniversary is a red flag. Also, the timing of the husband's departure is another. I am not saying the husband orchestrated it, but he is somehow involved even if unwittingly, like maybe he pissed the wrong people off and this was a warning or he let people know his wife had information that could lead to the arrest of Hillary.

I think the husband wanted money or was having an affair. Fund raising right before being killed seems like a red flag as does husband leaving shortly before. Was there life insurance?
