i wonder if anyone is putting themselves through the pain and horror that is saint seiya omega?... I watched saint seiya in 1990, and when i mean watched, i rewatched, hell that's how i learned the zodiac in chronological order... is the order in which they go up to athena! And here's the thing... seiya is my least favorite saint, but i have literally probably logged 1,000 hours of saint seiya, the VHS tapes were getting grainy! (and yes when i found out about the Hades arc, i ordered ghetto almost read dvd's from yes asia... anime was still hard to get in the early 2000).
Now i put myself through the pain that is saint seiya omega... it's an absolutely putrid show, i can almost say the animation is worse than from 1988!, and somehow, they've made EVERY character unlikable. then episode 50... i got seiya... for once in 30 years acting like a badass, for 10mins...
i don't recommend anyone watch it, i just can't help it... every episode i'm just praying maybe they'll kill this new cast.
btw if you've never watched saint seiya (and it's really old) and you like bleach, it's always been my theory that bleach is just a big rip off of saint seiya. bleach tells the story of a noob, ichigo who takes along his friends, chad/big boobs and arrow guy and goes on adventures, but you don't really care about the story, until you meet the goeti 13, and you're like WOW why are these captains and their stories so much better and more interesting than the main cast?
That's saint seiya... seiya and his merry band of lowly saints run around on adventures and are pretty insignificant, until you meet the gold saints which comprise the zodiac (12 if you don't know) and their stories are way more interesting than the main cast.
