That's not bad. I can wait six months I guess. I'm guessing they can't design an auction house from the ground up any faster than that. Fuck all if I'm joining multiple guilds to buy a hat.

Even FFXIV is $15 a box now eight months or so later with a hardbaked fanbase to support it.

FFXIV seems to have a decent population actually. Been thinking about giving it a try since I didn't bother with launch. Might be worth at least trying out that free month.

That actually sounds more fun than the PvE. I wouldn't want to take that way from him.

Same here. I'm on the fence with this guy, really. I keep going back and forth.

The AH complaints really are much ado about nothing. Really, as a group who gripe about 'community', I am amused at something that would do much to promote that is scorned so heavily.

I'm more interested in that lag free, bug free experience that's being promised but was highly invisible in beta.

Same here. It doesn't look bad at all and it's at the right price point for an average experience. Why pay new car prices for the next model with updated cruise control?

ZOS-"We did find three underlying issues that affected a large number of quests that are exposed when many people are in the same area. We have fixed all three of those underlying issues."

I guess between "The Promise" and that, it's all good now.

Those three underlying issues being 1) Megaserver sucks. 2) Overflow is bringing people off it. 3) Megaserver / phasing scripting was broken as a reuslt of load, see 1 and 2.

Next up a week after launch, "We have identified an underlying issue with an untested overflow instance. That issue was resolved when everyone quit playing"

I tried ff14. Just couldn't do it. So much zoning. Incredibly boring combat. Super asian styling. Just not my cup of tea.

I mean, it's everyone's choice, and I totally get it... But if you pass on TESO you are probably passing up on a good fun couple months when a lot of people from rerolled will be playing. *shrug*

Actually you are forgetting the whole 5 guilds you can join at the same time. Even if 450 crafters are all in 1 guild, they will also be in 4 other guilds reselling what is posted from that crafting guild to their other joined guilds. Trickle down reselling. I am in a semi supportive role for this, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. Could be garbage, hard to tell since this hasnt been done before.
