Small plain pizza (i.e. no cheese) with anchovies, olive oil and a little pecorino romano

Edit - has to be small to ensure proper dough to sauce ratio

Do people look at you weird when you order a no cheese pizza with cheese? Do you also order cheeseburgers no cheese and a slice of cheese on top?

I was in Chicago this weekend. Had thrice varieties of pizza. Lou Malnati's, Pequods, and a place called Sapirno's (just some big chain I guess). I'd have to say that Lou Malnati's was actually really, really good. The Peqouds wasn't bad, but it was like 80% dough. The Sarpino's literally had like no sauce. It was like they took a normal pizza crust, spritzed it with a spray bottle of marinara, then put 2 inches of cheese on top. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.

Overall I've had Giordanno's and Lou Malnati's and I gotta say I really liked the Lou Malnati's. Though it wasn't a basic bitch sausage pizza, it was like The Lou with spinach and shit.

One of my favorite pizzas is prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan. But since the Parmesan is added after the pizza is cooked I guess it doesn't count.

Look at all the missing cheese on this pizza.

Bunch of non-italian shitlords don't understand the purpose of hard cheese like parmesan or romano. Nonna zyyz would beat me with a wooden spoon for such egregious misuse.
