i dunno if this has ever been discussed. but have you guys seen the sunken city just off the coast of Cuba?
it was discovered in 2001.
Cuban underwater city - Wikipedia
Cuban underwater city refers to a site thought by some to be a submerged granite structural complex off the coast of the Guanahacabibes Peninsula in the Pinar del Río Province of Cuba.[1][2][3]

Overview
Sonar images interpreted as being symmetrical and geometric stone structures resembling an urban complex were first recorded in early 2001 covering an area of 2 square kilometres (200 ha)[citation needed] at depths of between 600 metres (2,000 ft) and 750 metres (2,460 ft).[1] The discovery was reported by Pauline Zalitzki, a marine engineer, and her husband Paul Weinzweig, owners of a Canadian company called Advanced Digital Communications,[4] working on an exploration and survey mission in conjunction with the Cuban government. The team returned to the site a second time with an underwater video robot that filmed sonar images interpreted as various pyramids and circular structures made out of massive, smooth blocks of stone that resembled hewn granite. Zalitzki said "It's a really wonderful structure which really looks like it could have been a large urban centre. However, it would be totally irresponsible to say what it was before we have evidence."[1]

After studying the images, National Geographic senior editor John Echave said: "They are interesting anomalies, but that's as much as anyone can say right now, but I'm no expert on sonar and until we are able to actually go down there and see, it will be difficult to characterize them."[5] Professor of oceanography Robert Ballard was quoted as saying: "That's too deep. I'd be surprised if it was human. You have to ask yourself: how did it get there? I've looked at a lot of sonar images in my life, and it can be sort of like looking at an ink blot -- people can sometimes see what they want to see. I'll just wait for a bit more data."[5]

Marine geologist Manuel Iturralde called for more samples before drawing conclusions about the site, saying the results so far were very unusual. He estimated that it would have taken 50,000 years for such structures to have sunken to the depth at which they were said to be found and stated that none of the known cultures living that long ago had the ability to build such structures. A specialist in underwater archaeology at Florida State University added: "It would be cool if they were right, but it would be real advanced for anything we would see in the New World for that time frame. The structures are out of time and out of place."[4]

Ancient City Found in India, Irradiated from Atomic Blast

Radiation still so intense, the area is highly dangerous. A heavy layer of radioactive ash in Rajasthan, India, covers a three-square mile area, ten miles west of Jodhpur. Scientists are investigating the site, where a housing development was being built.

For some time it has been established that there is a very high rate of birth defects and cancer in the area under construction. The levels of radiation there have registered so high on investigators' gauges that the Indian government has now cordoned off the region. Scientists have unearthed an ancient city where evidence shows an atomic blast dating back thousands of years, from 8,000 to 12,000 years, destroyed most of the buildings and probably a half-million people. One researcher estimates that the nuclear bomb used was about the size of the ones dropped on Japan in 1945.

So there is zero radiation to be found in Hiroshima and Nagasaki today, almost 75 years later, but this site still has radiation 8000 to 12000 years later? Do these people know how half lives work?

EDIT: Well, that was a quick search. They even mentioned half-lives like I did! Defusing India's Ancient Atomic Blasts

How do you think the site is still radioactive then? India gov bombing it for test sites and just being hush hush?

Wild... searching more about that lead me to the pyramids discovered on the seafloor within the bermuda triangle.

It has got to be that or what chuk said.

If a nuke went off 15k years ago the site would not be radioactive to a degree causing birth defects. It's called radiation because it radiates. The more radioactive, the faster it radiates. You could call it self heating rock and not be wrong.

What they found is a recent dump site for the waste and exceess of Indians nuclear program.

They've found ancient remnants of nuclear piles in africa before. Natural ones. Uranium does clump sometimes in granite. Which doesn't have anything to do with this, but I think it's interesting.

I remember that discovery. Fuckin cool shit. We keep finding all of these ancient cities under the waves from before the flood, many remarkably intact.

That's a really awesome subject. Of course, zero main stream academia research, nor real acknowledgement, even thought they are plain as day. Would be nice to hear if the other dead zones have them too.

That's 2000 feet of sea level though it you assume those were coastal cities.

Did glaciation eat that much water? Glaciers were a mile thick, water expands as ice... It doesn't seem to balance.

At least it's sensible that you would find them along the equatorial and tropical lattitudes.

i heard about the pyramid, but it was not photographed and it was just the one guy's story, he said he found a magic gemstone too. the Bimini road is at least a thing though. whether its man-made or not, its cool looking.

they said its possible over 50,000 years, but would be VERY unusual for a culture to be that advanced back then. which is why it needs to be looked into.
