ive seen that clip a bunch of times now and not on a Zenith TV from 1962. he wasnt leaning into any slap. he was leaning over to see Smith through the lights that are in his face. ya know they have bright lights and shit on TV. he was in that same position before Smith walked on stage and didnt even move. he had no idea what was gonna happen.
