    Altered Carbon

S1 veered off in really strange ways. First half was strong enough to carry it though and you could tell that there was a lot to it that didn't make the cut into a media format. It provided a lot of entertainment to me thinking what was being left unsaid. I didn't wind up watching s2 either...

    Home Improvement

Decking is one of the least complicated carpentry projects. You'll be surprised how easy. If it's a ground floor deck you and a buddy can do it in a weekend. If it's a high deck you need to plan it out. 11k for a deck is straight robbery. If you're making it out of pressure treated wood.

    The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE)

Has he said what the last one going to youtube is? It's gotta be soon, if it wasn't already the double girl episode.

The Girls Who Broke Your Heart Thread

I have to respectfully disconcurr. I've seen -much- worse nipples on titties that full. I'm not a huge fan of the tat... but that's part of the bargain.

Marriage and the Power of Divorce

See, Tj isn't just talking the talk. He's walking the walk. Shiny and Chrome. Witnessed.

Still not as bad as Katie Holmes at least. Charlie is a less demanding vampire than tom.

    Geology, Earthquakes and Volcanos

I mean how damn dumb do you have to be? Yeah, lets go to the active volcano in a t-shirt. That sounds like a good plan. The cruise line said it's perfectly safe, np, all good! Guess they never heard about that husband and wife team who were both geologists studying volcanos. Pretty sure the...

    The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE)

David Blaine was actually pretty interesting. Basically real magicians have all the tisms. All of them. It's either that or you've got guys like Penn and Teller who are extremely glorified (and talented, all respect to those men) street buskers.

The Paranormal, UFO's, and Mysteries of the Unknown

Honestly it's his ideas that are important, not his professional reputation. Anyone going against the grain and telling all the other guys that they're wrong is going to get a bad reputation because of the money involved in being right. It seems to me like he's doing work just as valid, maybe...

    The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE)

It's JRE son, it's elk god. The deer god is inferior. I doubt anyone was taken in by her clever disguise there. I look at that and go "what the fuck is this chick doing?". So right out the gate she's starting in a hole because you think it's some sort of performance art nonsense. Bert...

    Any hope for this painting?

Not that i've done it recently, but i've watched paintings go from "you're drunk and that's bad" to "ok, I see what you're going for but you're still drunk" to "wow that's actually kind of impressive for an alcoholic" back when I had friends that painted. Dirk is still right, don't pay for...

    Any hope for this painting?

8ball says it's iffy. But he could pull it out into looking pretty sweet. If you've got a selection of his other work to look at. Progress checks are not always the best indication of the finished product. I'm just not sold on the raccoon, it's hard to see how he's going to detail that into...

    The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE)

I like the rob lowe one. I liked the last one that rob lowe did, too. Pretty sure that he's done one previously. The only part I had to skip through was when joe started going college acidhead about DMT. Yeah, trips can be powerful experiences. And trying to describe them to someone who...
