I’ve been using point buy since I started back playing in 2015. Almost all of my sessions are virtual, and I’ve always felt the pseudo RNG for every VTT I’ve used has been garbage…..makes point buy more appealing.

I don't disagree with it having more impact for lower tier teams. I just doubt it'll help them as much as the talking heads are saying. I expect schools that "go all in" on the transfer portal to end up more like USC, Buffs, Ole Miss, or FSU from this year, than being able to make a realistic...
