Only exalted I have ever seen drop was during one of my piety runs, so they drop in non maps for sure.

Don't box a rogue as much as I love them as a class, they just really don't make a good box. Hitting back-stab every 5 seconds is damn near impossible when paying attention to two other characters unless its automated somehow.

At 82 I would think dps would be too low, and in-turn you would be overwhelmed rather quickly.

Monks tank just fine if you keep up with AAs, AC augs help as well. As long as you are grinding mobs from the older expansions, I had a duo shaman/monk box on FV awhile back and my monk tanked all the way up to 93 np.
