Here's the rest of the detailed items. Some of this is excessive, but overall I think this was a thorough, well done inspection. The roof is pretty steep which is why there isn't much detail up there. It's most likely original and getting replaced by the seller's insurance.

No, no basement. It's concrete slab, and the tub sits on the slab. There isn't access to it, apparently, without pulling it. I don't know if it can be reinstalled. I'm 1,980 miles away from the house at the moment. Home was built in 2003, so it's hard to say.

There appears to be an issue with the bathtub in the master bathroom. It's opposite the shower, so it's not a shower pan leak. It's on the main floor. The home inspector said that once the water got above the jets it was nearly impossible to fill the tub, as it was draining so fast. To be sure...

The best way I have found to get to aiming and shooting on a console are GTA games. Fire up GTA5 on PS4 and you should be at least comfortable with it by the end. It has just the right amount of auto aim where you can play the game without being too penalized for being retarded.

I started playing Firewall Zero Hour again and it’s still great. Not sure why I stopped. The community is mostly older guys so there’s lots of good conversation while playing. Adding 3 people to my friends list per night now.
