Yes, except North Korea doesn't need to set off IED's at as marathon to threaten us, they've spent the past few weeks threatening MISSLES. Some nutjob who wants to make a point about "PATRIOT BLOOD RUNNING DOWN THE STREETS" and crap is much more likely.

The NY Post is reporting that a suspect is currently identified and being guarded at the hospital, but they also say 12 people are dead so it's highly unlikely.
