I'm more surprised that none of you have mentioned the rape scene in SAO. I'm feeling kind of let down after expecting so much from the board.

Meh. It was copypasta from Berserk's eclipse, plus SAO had a Rapey McRaperson back in season 2.

Been slack on this thread...quick question.

Were those goblin tracks last weeks?

SAO has been damn good this season. Wasn't expecting too much.
Sumo has been damn good also.
Fairy Tail. I mean they pretty much can't make characters stronger can they?
Slime will need a god to fight him at this point.
Rascal IMO has been the biggest surprise this season.

Yeah, this is the best season since the second arc, maybe first. You don't have to finish anything but S1 to understand what is happening. You won't know a few ancillary characters but all the major points are self contained within this arc.

This whole Alicization arc is getting a four cour adaptation, 24 episodes then break then the last 24.

She doesn't have that much of an appearance in Alicization. She has a very subtle role early on, and that's about it. The rest is all in the Alicization world. We (probably) won't see her again for at least 20-28 episodes.

our last day in Japan we saw some SAO alicization bundle in 7-11. I was like "hey look, remember her", she's like "oh, thats Asuna, wheres Kirito" i look behind a few boxes and found him, and she's like "wtf, thats not kirito" and i'm like "oh, thats the new alicization series, kirito is like some farmer or some shit."

If only Black Clover had quality animation / director... it just might be as good as the manga. As it is now, I think its trash. Its animation goes from barely acceptable to embarrassing so often.

Latest episode of Black Clover was very, very difficult to watch with the terrible animation. Had absolutely no idea what was happening because it looked like a child was drawing it (sadly an insult to a child). However, story is still good.
