Today's trial is going very poorly for the prosecution.

They just called a DNA expert that was destroyed on cross. Like, it was freaking crazy how the DNA evidence she provided only seemed to bolster the defense.

Oh look, the judge with morals that will boot a juror at the mere whiff of bias is a righty. So libs are happy but only because an 'enemy' is gone. They would have been aghast if it was a anti-Rittenhouse SJW.

To be clear, the jury did not hear any of this as they were not in the courtroom while this objection was being discussed.

It was pretty awesome to see the prosecution get fucking roasted on this point, though.
