This show has completely lost its way. This should be the last season and shit can this one. This last episode was complete shit. They just drop the charges against mick? The Texans daughter? The 5 minute lesson to Conor? Wtf.

I think we can all agree that this show is in it's death rattle stage of life. It's decline pretty much began when Showtime fired Ann Binderman for going over budget multiple times.

i honestly thought ray was dreaming the entire episode when he played just dance and hung out with his dad at denny's

the only thing that would save the show at this point is if the russians execute the entire donovan clan except ray. starting with conor

When did Ray and Mick become friends? He spent a season trying to land Mick's ass in prison, now he takes massive risks to get him out? Then once he does, he offers him a place to shack up and some cash?

Did I somehow miss the episode where Ray goes from despising Mick to liking him?

Not really, many of the storylines took a left turn or ended up being useless.

Teacher banging daughter, Parkinsons falls in love then no, Bunch gets crazy mexican then no, Casino has 4 mil heist super easy then no, FBI doesn't see the link to Ray and 10000 criminals....

Goddamn like monkeys on a keyboard at this point.

The problem with Ray Donovan is that somewhere between season 2 and now, the writers felt a need to create a side-story for literally every character. This leads to storylines that go nowhere or storylines that have to be abandoned, because the show is only an hour long. Rather than the people in Ray's life being background characters that do things/muck up things in his story, they try to spin off individual stories for all of them.

45 minutes? That is all we get? Really? I hope this is the last season. This show has run its course. The only thing that would save this show is some zombies from Florida. Maybe some zika mosquitos or something.
