Eagles are feast or famine. But Dallas ain't pulling off the cap magic. They get back... sean lee? Claiborne is done. Its going to be real tough. Giants suck....skins suck... who else is going to stop them?
What "cap magic" do the Cowboys need to pull off?

Carr and Melton are gone which gives them 15mil. They can retructure Romo for 13 mil, and can change any year of Tyron Smith's contract from base salary to guaranteed which saves another 10 mil. So that gives them $46 mil to work with without doing anything crazy.

I think they'll manage

8 million projected cap room to get murray, dez, rookies, and a better D?
2015 $130,212,355 $143,260,739$13,048,384

That's without restructures. Romo accounts for $27m of that, you think they might restructure a little bit? Personally I wouldn't do too much, maybe hock it down to $17m hit so they don't pay the piper down the road. Fair amount of dead weight comes off the books in 2015, only Austin remains at $7m.

Salary Cap Space - Over the Cap

Saints are in a world of trouble. 22m over the projected cap in 2015.

I was looking at the low end of the 2015 projected cap.

Cowboys will be fine. Or not. You can't predict shit year to year except that NE will still be good and the Redskins will still suck. You might stumble in to an accurate prediction sometimes but it's got fuckall to do with your super elite football knowledge.

Fox out in Denver. Sure sounds like him taking over the offense and the potential of Gase going to San Fran forced Elway's hand. Pretty sure this means Peyton will be back though.
Sounds like it isn't just Fox, though. The whole coaching staff got the ax.

Edit: Posted before I saw that Famm mentioned they were all gone. Bah.

I think that's just a signal that the new HC will be given wide latitude to can the existing coaching staff. Probably pretty standard.
I think a lot of it also depends on if Manning is staying or retiring. If he stays, you do not want a complete rebuild of the coaching staff, so they will retain what they can. If he retires, I foresee a bomb going off and rebuilding entirely.

We are never in a world of trouble. We do this every year while Brees has been here. They push stuff back, restructure, let people go etc etc. We will be fine.

Dallas got screwed by the refs. That Dez call, lol. Packers had at least 2 "catches" like that. Fuck this shit

When does new England not get to be good? When Brady goes? Belicheck? Or does coach Vader go at the same time as Brady?
A question I ask is if they can keep it up after Brady retires. Currently 14 straight winning seasons. 6 more to tie the record by the Cowboys who didn't have a losing season between '66 and '85 and did it with 3.5 different QBs.

I think this is Elway's way of encouraging Manning to hang 'em or move on without all of the PR pitfalls or disrespect of cutting him outright.
