Probably due to mercury. All of the large predator fish that live a long time (shark, swordfish, tuna) all accumulate a ton of mercury in their bodies compared to something like salmon which have a life cycle of a few years and have much lower mercury levels. I stopped eating tuna after my...

Pork shoulder is super versatile. You can also do what they call country style ribs. https://bakingmischief.com/country-style-pork-ribs/ Great in the oven, on the grill, or in the smoker. Tasty as fuck. It's a nice marbled piece of meat.

Fyi for this thread - Walmart sells 10lb bags of chicken leg quarters for under $8. My dogs have eaten chicken quarters as about 50% of their diet for many, many years, and 79 cents a pound is the cheapest meat you can get. Which is why they eat it.

Yeah, but at the end of the day, are we really all that different? We're 2 of the most efficient predators this planet has ever produced. And I dunno about them beating our endurance - there ain't a 26 mile race for dogs. But at the end of the day, we're just 2 carnivores trying to make our way...

This is 100% true for dogs, and has actually been studied in depth. Human studies are hard because the highest performing people aren't changing their diets for your studies. So you're left with the middling and mediocre to get data from. But with dogs, you can feed dogs whatever you want and...

Pretty sure that shits a myth. Athlean-X and Jeff Nippard both say to ignore that shit. Also makes logical sense too - if you could only absorb 30g a protein per meal, you'd need to eat around the clock basically, but you don't. I think as long as you've got the right plan (not eating fucking...

0.6-1g/lb is what I think most of what the science says. My goal is 218, I weigh 202. Also, grilled chicken, broheim. 6oz is 50g of protein.

    Chess

Well, I took a look at the local chess club, spent a couple hours out there watching various games. Place was in the basement of a mall, pretty diverse group - all men, but all ages/ethnicities. Basically what you'd expect. Since I had no cell service, I was essentially just eyeballing positions...

Best you can do is just shop around every time they do. I was with a pretty good company, but my guy retired, and my rates went up, so I went looking, and now my rates are back to reasonable again. As soon as they go up, I'll go hit the bricks again and find someone to replace them. But yes...
