Item discoveries got reset every time they merged servers for sure. Had a bunch of launch disco's and it all got reset when they did the first round of server mergers.

I can tell all the people who have never actually lived in a state that has snow removal equipment. In Minneapolis we could get 18 inches of snow and still have the roads plowed and ready to drive on by early mid day. Here in colorado the snow removal is a little more slax but still I have yet...

Had the same problem with the patch in Toxx, had to get the titanium client and copy over the old zone files and it fixed it. Will have to go through and do the same for the other zones too at some point.

^^^ That was done in vanguard with bosses in the open world and dungeons. Basically you had to gather stuff to use to spawn the mob or have completed a certain quest line or use a specific item. It worked ok but was occasionally buggy. Was kind of cool mixed with static and random spawns.

Those runs were doable but certainly not easy by any means. Sure you could get SoW and hug the wall but all it took was one roamer to stun ya and if they didn't outright one shot ya, you were usually so low on health that sow meant jack shit because of the reduced movement penalty from low...
