Detonate Dead Chain Reactions explosions really bog my system down. Using a 5900x and a 3080 with default settings at 1440p. The explosion sounds also get real wierd, like my headset speakers are blown.

Not sure I like this league at all. I really want the option to use or skip the mechanic. I feel I am struggling on white maps randomly. But I do suck at this game so maybe I am just doing something wrong. Affliction League I could skip the wildwood though so the monsters were normal.

Will start with DD Ignite (Vaal DD) and see if I can find a DD of Chain Reaction. How rare are those anyway? On standard they are like 100+ Divines, but might be some inflation going on in Standard League?

Getting some green boxes flashing on top of my character when blasting Detonate Dead (like some effect that is not loading correctly). Anyone had that issue and fixed it? Think it might have been the Shackled Immortal MTX that messed it up.

Respecced my lvl 88 Lightning Conduit to Detonate Dead. And even with trash level Gems and the wrong gear it worked pretty nice. Think I will go for that build this League, I like that you can focus on survivability and let the corpses do some of the damage scaling.

What was it with DD that sucked? Im thinking of doing either Righteous Fire, Lightning Arrow, Detonate Dead or Lightning Conduit. A few of them are kinda squishy though.

Why are you all repeating this shit? They sell one (1) waypoint stone in the store. That does not make any difference as you need a consumable (ferry stone) to fast travel, they are not selling those. Unless I am missing something every reddit idiot is spewing this misinformation.

I think most of the hate is from the Anti Cheat and bad performance, sprinkled in with some MTX hate. Will probably get it any day but in no hurry as the GF just tore down all the wallpaper in the next room so need to fix that first...

It's one portal stone that you can buy with money if I read the rage correctly. You do get a lot of them (9?) just by playing the game so should not really be much of an outrage.

The crafting feels fine to me. In LP almost all my upgrades come from an okay Base Item that I can reroll or add Affixes to. I rather have that than chase items for 5 months like an autist.

I never gave much thought into PoE loot filters. I just downloaded a fitting one and started blasting. Last Epochs is another beast, you can basically tailor a filter to specfic item with the affixes you need. It really made me sit down and make it myself so whatever popped up was a good...

Not sure what to play. I did the Rogue into Magic Bow in my DD playthrough. But it seems they split the Vocations a bit more in this one. Also kinda want to play something different this time, might try Mage/Sorc.
