Fantastic episode. I had no idea what to expect, never playing the games. Kept wondering how this was presented through gameplay ... then it made sense after the episode when they explain the deviations from the game.
I just looked at the 49rs season and this is only the 2nd time they have given up over 23pts.. the other was vs Raiders Jan1, which I assume was because they rested starters
Nm missed a couple others, falcons and chiefs games
Over 2B. Under 50M to move to #4 spot
4. Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens: $2,071,310,218
5. Avengers: Infinity War: $2,052,415,039
6. Avatar: The Way of Water: $2,026,675,670
Coming from someone that hasn't played the game and have pretty much no idea what the story even is...
Great episode, looking forward to more.
I didn't find it to be confusing at all.
I'm sure I missed a ton of easter eggs & in-game references which is the only thing that kinda sucks.
As we get older everything is super predictable.
It's not so much about the story as it is about the experience.
The simplest stories are retold time and time again. It's about the whole package.
In a time where cinema is dying and only propped up by the next super hero film, I will welcome...
I thought it might be closer to 2B this weekend but I didn't account for the huge Monday last week.
So right now it's 99M short of 2B.
It should certainly hit 2B sometime this week, possibly before the weekend.
I still see it getting to at least #4 All-Time with ~2.11B by Mid-Feb, but getting to...
China's giving it another 30 days

This is on pace to crack 2B by end of next weekend.
Domestic 113M last week (-30% from previous week), if this week is -60%, we are looking at around 68M domestic, and if that's 30% of international, worldwide haul this week should be around 226M
Add to the 1.71B its currently at, and it'll...
Ah lol, I thought it was 0% but looks like there is a .25% for pool 5.
Sentry was used against me effectively once, I think he had Valkyrie as a turn 6 play to make the -8 a +3.
Actually you can't. Pool 4 and 5 take too much time, and pool 5 can't even be randomly acquired.
And with 1 new card being released every week or whatever it is, there's no way to ever catch up without paying.
Only money I've put in was for 2 battle passes but no more from me, with such...

Oh, it requires playing on PC I guess?
I only play Snap on my phone.
Was hoping Snap had an API like some other games.
Oh well.
Ultron is really huge for Patriot deck, like obviously Patriot+Mystique are key but once I got Ultron my winrate jumped tremendously.
Also Dr Boom can come in clutch...
Nice chart, where did you get it? I assume a tracker you had to install?
I had a crazy -cube streak last season where I lost 10 ranks (100 cubes), but pulled it back up in a couple days.
Tilt is not your friend.
Biggest problem I see is you spent 10 hours playing in a single day.
Right now I'm...
I haven't seen any of this, what rank? Turn 1 could be explainable with the +5 energy location. Turn 6 could be anything: Death, She-Hulk, Mr. Negative...
Once upon a time, there was a user named @Hosix who was an avid reader of short stories. She loved immersing herself in the worlds and characters created by the authors she followed, and she always looked forward to the next installment in her favorite series.
One day, @Hosix was eagerly...

Also AI 3D models... instead of new topics for every new AI application, maybe a megathread for all AI tech?
While GAS does a lot of replication work, the workload for a multiplayer game is still easily 3+X more than a single player game, and there are things you can do in Single Player that just don't fly in Multiplayer. Also, even using GAS, any character movement ability basically requires setting...
Yikes.
For dicking around in UE by yourself, don't complicate it.
The best UE workflow is C++ native class then blueprint child classes, but going 100% BP is fine for most small projects.
Don't get caught in the trap of pre-optimizing
Multiplayer is the death of most solo-dev projects btw.
You...
I ended rank 92 and just got over 1000 CL a couple days ago.
I have like no desire to play this anymore.
I think the main problem for me is the game length is actually too short to feel any meaningful gratification. It's really fun at first and winning felt great, but the burn out is so...
Are you using the Gameplay Ability System?
It can handle MMO-like ability system easily and you can specify very in-depth damage calculations.
For any complicated ability+attribute system I would recommend it.
But there is a bit of a learning curve to it, and some C++ is required.
Im at CL 900ish right now, missed the extra 3k collector tokens by about a week.
I feel like I've been lucky so far, got Patriot, Mystique and Ultron for Patriot deck, which I play 99% of the time right now. But my early game is trash until I can find Mysterio. Also I still need Wasp.
Right now...
At Rank 83 and starting to get bored.
It's fun with nice quick games, there's a lot of RNG but also Outplay potential, but at the end of the day it all comes down to Snapping for more cubes when you are fairly certain of victory, and leaving any game you feel less than 60% about.
Monetization...
