You can filter every item down to the very last stat that you are looking for. Once you figure it out, youll see that the loot filter is one of the greatest features of the game.

Set items are not very good for the most part, nothing near like completing a set in Diablo. Once you start searching for end game items, trade is most certainly going to be used a ton.
