It's been the more viable option from the start. It was amusing to me when tanks wanted to feel useful and would scream for heals knowing that if they just backed up everyone but the mages could take an afk and it would be easier and less stressful.

I honestly doubt this vote is anything but the illusion of choice. Daybreak wants to make money and they have the data from previous runs to know what causes a server to stall out. I don't know why any large company would leave something like this up to the players.

I loved racing to raids back in the day, but now that I have a job and raid mobs through SoL will be able to be boxed by a single person it doesn't hold the same appeal.

I'm sure it's because I'm awful, but Planetside 1 & 2. My experience with the both games is I log on, wander around the starting base confused for 30 minutes, finally get to a fight and get 1 shot by something I don't see, and remove from my pc.

Problem is its up to you to prove he ran the light unless he admits to doing so. General rule of thumb is you can get about the same amount they paid in medical for pain and suffering. It's all negotiation though, so you can more or less depending on who you're dealing with.
