it's first zone lag - if you get to second zone everything works but you can't land anythign on mobs and you get 1 shot Speaking of your spellbook stays on your corpse so as a caster you can't re-mem spells untill you retrieve your corpse, not sure I'm a fan of that.

If they stick with this locking thing they should implement it such that once engaged it’s locked to people in raid/group/zone at that time so you can’t stall for a raid force. Additionally it should unlock if it isn’t reduced to say 95% after 5 minutes of engage or something similar.

I Did them all in pugs. But I’m a paladin and able to weasel into pugs with higher ilvl people and/or guild groups missing one or 2. Honestly though the only “hard for pugs” boss is the last of alarics I probably spent like 4 hours wiping on him with various pugs before getting a kill.
