I'm certainly no pro but I've been lowering my sensitivity quite a bit (at 1000 dpi 6 sens atm) and while it was weird at first I've noticed my widowmaker and mcbacon aiming have improved quite a lot. This feels quite good atm but I might try lower still at some point.

I'd argue that more rng does require more skill. It increases the amount of different scenarios you have to think about and account for. The problem becomes that showcasing skill in a single game gets harder, same way that one hand in poker means pretty much nothing.

The biggest issue F1 has with extreme wet weather is visibility and aquaplaning. When it's wet enough for the real wet tires they can't see anything basically. The wet tires throw up 65 liters of water per second at full speed making everything just a grey wall and then you drive into a puddle...

They probably should consider using SC more easily under poor wet conditions but if they start using SC for every candy paper spotted on the track like in NASCAR I'll just stop watching.
