The key is to powerstance 2 colossal weapons and use jumping L1 attacks. Three hits and she stance breaks. I was at her two days with no luck. Added another hammer and the damage increase was so great it made all the difference. Got her in about ten attempts after I made that change.

This fight had me all fucked up. First few attempts I was convinced it's impossible as pure melee/str build. This dragon ruined my night initially. The next day, my winning attempt was maybe the cleanest boss fight I've had in Elden Ring so far and I still get a buzz just thinking about that...
