There was no aggro dump early but with bows, sneak/hide, invis, and root/snare you could pull any group content very easily, especially if they aren't root/snare immune and don't summon or see invis. Which is pretty much most early content.

I think any world fast travel should be supplied by a few classes, Wizards/Druids, etc, and be limited to certain geographical locations that each player has already visited. These areas should not be right next to dungeons. COTH type spells should have a limited range and should also be limited...
