Fitz & Fool are in the Elderling city of Kelsingra. They got there going though the pillars looking for Bee. Kelsingra and a lot of the other characters in this final book are not going to make a lot of sense if you skipped the Liveship and Rain Wild books.

Bansheeeeeeee From your list: The 100, Black Sails, Vikings Person of Interest. Starts off very procedural (but still good), and turns into a great serialized sci-fi later on. Very underrated. The Good Wife. Good legal drama with a shitty show title that scares many away. Also, Banshee.
