LITERALLY BEST FIGHTER OF ALL TIME MAN OR WOMAN. I was dying laughing watching her get bobble headed around the ring. Throw her on the pile with Tebow, Manziel, etc.
I watched every episode of Deadwood when they originally aired... I thought Swearingen was great and hilarious and there were a lot of great moments in the show. That said, for me Deadwood isn't on the same level as Sopranos and definitely not the Wire. Too many cheesy over the top characters...
I like the show but some of you guys are right they should have decided what kind of show it was going to be and stuck with it. There's way too much contrived shit going on for it to be an super realistic "we're exposing the system" type show.
Yeah Da'vonne was annoying as fuck and seemed so fake towards everyone -- really glad they got rid of her.
It's pretty sad seeing Zakiyah constantly trying to get affection from Pauly and he just completely ignores her and treats her like shit. He seems like an asshole but I've barely watched...
You think they regret picking Michelle for the show? Has the EVER been anyone with less confessional airtime this far into the season? She must be the least interesting woman in the world TM.
It's kind of weird really since that's what they started with and they've barely mentioned it in the past couple seasons (really not at all except for the Dinesh thing). Like they started with that knowing it would get their name out but then forgot about it and now they're going to realize it...
I'm still mad that I watched all the episodes of John from Cincinnati when they aired. The dialogue in that show was so fucking awful it makes me cringe just thinking about it.
Vinyl had a relatively strong finish to the season but even with that I can't say I'll miss it too much. It is...
Yeah, I have no idea how they all chose her. What she described as her strength in the game isn't even what helped her. She basically just got lucky she was just enough under the radar that she was never on the wrong end of the vote... that's about it. What a terrible winner.
From their (naive) perspective, they would've wasted both idols if the majority votes went to someone else. They obviously didn't seriously take into account that Tai might flip on them which was their downfall.
I'm surprised people here are hating on the show... I think it's been good (albeit slow this season -- I'm sure that won't last long). One thing that did bug me is Chuck's speech to the banker and his lawyer. It was so condescending like they were fucking idiot children. If it was me on the...
I assume you mean Big John (aka gamej06). He's been around for a few of the runs but don't think he was actually scheduled to run anything (he wants to do NES Open Golf but they never accept it for some reason).
And yeah, I always enjoy PJ's commentary of his runs even if the game itself...
Damn this movie was so fucking good. I actually can't believe it was almost 3 hours, it really didn't seem like it to me. Not sure how I'd rate it against his other movies yet but I think it's near the top.
Is this 2 fight pay per view a new thing or have they done it before? I haven't really been keeping up... seems weird.
Oh seems I misunderstood, nevermind.
I'm sure this is old news but I'm having fun playing Dragon Priest with double divine spirit, inner fire, and deathlord. Crushes so many matchups as long as you don't get godawful draws (and somehow I NEVER see it on ladder even though it's on tempo storm).
I believe one of the few times I watched him I remember him saying his actual name is (now I'm assuming was) Cosmo. Wouldn't be surprised if he legally got his name changed.
More on topic, I think they're close to finalizing the schedule for January's AGDQ.
Going back to the brawl discussion... the much bigger change (over Nef having 1 less mana) is Rag's weapon having 2 less charges. That makes a huge difference.
Yeah I love how Joe and Spencer were THE DECIDING VOTES yet HAD to go along with voting out Cass because the majority already had the votes. It's really annoying when they mold the storyline to contradict reality just to try to manufacture some additional drama. Fucking reality tv shows
Yeah I've seen quite a few as well... think I'm 4-1 against them with control warrior (using the deck from tempo storm -- which only runs one brawl). I've gotten kind of lucky with having a lot of removal available or them not drawing/playing very well but lost one to Jaraxxus. It's kind of...
Your post inspired me to finally make a control warrior deck (I literally had 0 ranked games played as warrior previously despite having 5k arena wins). So far 7-0 after going against almost every other class (including a full out aggro pally which I haven't seen in a while). Pretty fun to...
Yes, it's actually pretty easy to do on xbox with a flash drive (assuming you have the original disk). I never really looked into it before but I saw some guy streaming RB3 and he had a link to this site (Customs Creators Collective | Upgrades. Customs. Conversions. FUN.) which led me to...
I'm still pissed at them for removing online competitive modes from RB3. That just blew my mind as it was one of the best features of RB2. Until they add it back in I'm not buying another RB game.
I finally got customs set up on RB3 so it's like a new game for me now, except with shitloads...
Wasn't what happened inevitable even before the Abi fight and fallout from it since the talkative guy flipped right after tribal? Not sure what the numbers were but it seemed like it was going to end up going that way anyway.
It's pretty well balanced from what I can tell. Annoy-o-tron certainly has a better chance to steamroll the game (which, as ALWAYS, causes most people to think it's far better) but if that doesn't happen boom bot becomes slightly favored.
We sure spent a lot of time on that Stannis storyline for him to do nothing but epicly fail repeatedly. Also, it's pretty crazy with as much time as they put into the Bran storyline last season that they completely ignored it this season. You would think if it was so important they would've at...
I felt this way last week since it's especially true for an innocent little girl -- in this world, death is mercy. Better off just getting shanked to death. The ones left behind are the ones who suffer and Jon had nobody left to leave behind so no big deal.
Here are the original postings of the story if anyone wants to read it at work like I did a few years ago when it was originally linked here:http://web.archive.org/web/201209190...m/writing.html
Anyone know if anything was changed in the book from the original story?
Wow, I had no idea this even became a successful book, let alone a movie. Read the story when it was just on the guys website (pretty sure someone linked it on FoH, actually) and loved it, so I'm hyped now that I know it's a movie.
